Hi, we're Clayton and Phoebe and we are the creators of Saturday Hill Baking Co! We met by chance at a chocolate factory and it was a match made in heaven. After we started dating, we developed an all-natural, zero calorie sweetener that tastes just like sugar called Mesca Sweet, which we use in all our products. Along the way, Clayton encouraged my dream of opening a bakery and soon enough we decided it should be completely sugar-free! Our goal is to make a life without sugar easy and fun for people. Clayton also uses this same sweetener to create his incredible line of natural, healthy, sugar-free drinks!

 

We chose Saturday Hill for our name because growing up, my mom used to make jam for the neighbors under this same name. Saturday Hill is what my family and I call our home in Washington and it is still on the chalkboard out front. We want this site and all our recipes to make baking a fun, and healthy experience for everyone and to make everyday feel like a Saturday!
